Getting ready for Baby~

I have decided that I not only have some great and encouraging family and friends that surround me, but that each of you really know my taste! I have been blown away by the generous gifts from others for the little one soon to be entering into the world. I really was expecting loads of diapers because that is what I have been asking for...but a lot of you have bought me some really sweet and fun gifts! I have very much enjoyed the diapers as well...one less thing to buy and definitely a need! All in all, I guess I am just trying to say that I am incredibly thankful for such sweet family and friends and thankful for the support I have during this time.
I spent last Thursday evening out with some family and friends to celebrate and I had such a fun time! Thank you!

The week ahead is Spring Break and I thought it would be a good time to get everything ready for the girlie. It is as much of a Spring break for me as it is for Caitlyn:) Today, I folded some sweet new blankets and clothes and made sure that the car seat was cleaned and ready to be installed. These things I have had on my "To-Do" list for quite some time and have now taken some time out of our normal schedule to actually get it done!

Before we know if she will be here! I am praying for a safe and healthy delivery and trusting that the Lord will guide and direct me through each step. I think my biggest fear these days is honestly getting to the hospital in time, with the rest of our kiddos taken care of. There are so many unknowns. I remind myself that it is during these times that I am given many more chances to trust the One who already has everything planned out before me.

My prayer these days is just that. May I trust Him with every step, every concern, every fear... That He would prepare my heart for this time ahead just as I prepare for the new little here at home.
