I have been so thankful for the rain that we have had. I know that our yard has needed it in abundance and in abundance it came yesterday. I am learning to be thankful for those little storms in life as well...the struggles that come without expectation. Thankfully I follow the One who is in charge of every storm and nothing passes by Him in surprise... Sometimes a little rain in our life is exactly what we need to draw us closer to His side. And by His side is exactly where I want to be.
"One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord
and to seek Him in His temple."
Psalm 27:4
