A day of many memories...

The beautiful weather we woke up to called us outdoors for the day.

It actually felt like Fall!

We couldn't play for TOO long as it was time to get our schoolwork done.

AT least when you are doing school at home, you can do it all outside if you want,

and that's what we did.

Being so diligent...

The HIGHLIGHT of our day was no doubt, meeting our new nephew/cousin!

The kids loved meeting him for the first time...

We are so thankful that all went well and J&D have a beautiful baby boy!!! We love you guys

and are so thankful he is here and a part of our family.

And as Cassidy put it tonight when we tucked her into bed:

"I wuv Aunt Di's new baby. He's yittle. WEALLY yittle. Yittler than baby Doda. Wet's (let's) thank Jesus for Aunt Di's new baby!"

I could not have said it better.

Praise our Heavenly Father for such a precious gift of life.

Last, but definitely not least (as food is SO important to Mommy these days)

we enjoyed dinner out as a family. That is always a treat!

And, as always, Baby "Doda" WEARS some of the food she eats...
