So far today...
-my son found 2 worms and three slugs and chose to make them a nice home in a gallon size baggie. The burial will begin at 3pm seeing that they didn't quite make it in their new environment. He kind of noticed that they were not moving and informed me that he thought they might have to go into the ground again.
- my 2 year old swallowed a rock from the playground when she was pretending to be a dog and a pile of rocks was her "dog food." Thankfully she has no other serious signs to be concerned about. Lesson learned.
- my one year old ate some real dog food and I almost lost my marbles when I had to pick her up and clean out her mouth. That stuff just stinks!
- my 6 year old has put on three "plays" today and has diligently passed out tickets for each of her productions. After lunch she also informed me that she buried the avocado pits from the guacamole we made at lunch in hopes that we might have an avocado tree in our backyard.
Yeah, it's just another day in our little family world here, but definitely worth making note of.

Those are such cute little stories. The things these kiddos do and say are so priceless. Makes our job as moms seem like the best job ever!
