Happy Friday~

Someone gave me the newest version of Photoshop and I am loving it! (Thanks D&C!) Thus the reason for so many changes in the header. The last one looked like Christmas decor so I thought I would attempt it again!

Grandpa, this one is for you...
This morning at the breakfast table Caitlyn's quote for the day:
"Hey Mom, one time, when Grandpa took us to the zoo we saw a big white bird and Grandpa took lots of pictures of it. Grandpa likes birds."
It's kind of an inside joke in our family and Caitlyn added to the humor.

And one last thing...I got a few e-mails and a comment on how I get the kiddos to look at me for a picture. Here's what usually works... Before we even sit down to take a picture we play a game of "Simon says." Everyone gets a turn being "Simon" and then its Mommy's turn. We make it fun and keep laughing about silly things, saying silly words, making silly faces, etc.
Everyone has to be in a good mood to begin with. I don't really attempt a picture if their not. I want the kids to enjoy the time, not be frustrated. Before we took these pictures we also played a good game of "chase" to get some of the energy out of their busy bodies.
