Oh so thankful for the digital age...

I set out today to take a quick picture of the kiddos for our Mother's Day cards. It was literally a 5 minute photo session but I took 120 photos~ With 4 kids I literally just kept clicking away hoping to get the "right one." I need to be better at getting shots with all 4 of them but it can be so tricky getting everyone to smile at the same time. Dakota has finally hit that age where she no longer wants to sit still...thus the basket. I definitely like some that we got. I just don't know why 5 minutes of trying to take pictures causes me to work up a complete sweat!

On another note Dakota did something today that no other kid has done...I guess this is a sign that she is the fourth. (Ladonna heard this already and knows what's coming!)

Our cleaning lady came today and it was towards the end of her work day. She was in our room finishing up and

I was in the kitchen with Dakota and Cassidy cleaning up from lunch. Apparently Dakota quickly wandered into the living room where Mrs. Barron had set her supplies down and I found her 30 seconds later chowing down on the toilet brush! AHHHHHH! I thought I was going to lose my lunch! I cleaned her until she was screaming and nursed her as long as she would sit still...she was just not in the mood and after all I made her mad from cleaning her inside and out. Thankfully this was a disposable toilet brush so she only got all of our complete nasty germs...that was the only thing that brought me comfort anyways. This is pretty much the most disgusting thing that has ever happened with one of the kids but definitely one to go down in the books.
