Missing their cousins~

Yesterday Micah and Cailtyn were having some quiet time and were busily working on some artwork.
They were sitting on the kitchen stools working away when I heard Micah say: "Hey Caitlyn, why does Taylor live so far, far away? That means we can't even see her or see her house."

I was listening to him but was not watching what his little hands were at work doing.

He went on with: "I know what I can do!" I started to hear some change jingling around that caught my attention even more and caused me to look up. By the time I walked over to their little work station the coins were in an envelope that was decorated in a very manly sort of way. Lots of airplanes and rockets. Micah had filled the envelope up with a bunch of coins and sealed it. I asked him who it was for and he responded with:

"I want to send this to Taylor. I sent her some of our money so she can come visit us."

I looked at Caitlyn's work and her envelope was covered with very elaborate princess letters and pictures. It was also for Taylor. Inside she had placed a picture for Taylor. A "picture of both of them dressed up as princesses."

This struck me as so funny! Not only do these two miss their cousins that live "so far, far away," they also approached their problem in such a different way. Micah was thinking very practical and Cailtyn was caught in her world of imagination with Taylor in mind.

Oh yeah, and almost every time Cassidy prays around here she seems to mention,
"Thank You (to Jesus) for seeing Taylor and Aubrey."
